Principe de fonctionnement

The Double Shafts Horizontal Mixer operates by feeding raw materials into a horizontal mixing chamber through an inlet. Inside, two parallel screw shafts, each equipped with spiral blades set at adjustable angles (22°-35°), rotate in opposite directions. This counter-rotation creates a dynamic mixing zone where materials are lifted, stirred, and transported in a continuous, omni-directional loop. The opposing motion forms a “weightless” environment, allowing materials of varying densities, size, and shape to blend uniformly. An optional spray system can introduce water or liquid additives during mixing to control humidity and reduce dust.
