Disc Mixer Working Principle

The Disc Mixer operates by utilizing a vertical rotating disc driven by a motor and cycloidal gear reducer. Raw materials are fed into the mixing chamber through the top inlet. As the disc rotates, the agitating shaft and mixing arms, equipped with high-wear-resistant alloy blades, create a dynamic mixing action. This action forces materials to move in both radial and circular directions, ensuring thorough blending. The specially designed disc lining (polypropylene or stainless steel) prevents material adhesion, maintaining a clean mixing environment.
